1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gogtmgo.com (the "Site") and any reports, data, or content published by gogtmgo LLC ("gogtmgo," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, subscribing to our research, or participating in a gogtmgo survey, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of service

gogtmgo operates an independent research publication covering go-to-market operations, AI infrastructure, and related B2B software topics. We publish reports based on surveys, interviews, and secondary data analysis. Reports are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. Use license

Subject to these Terms, gogtmgo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use our published reports for your own internal business or personal reference. Unless a report explicitly states otherwise, you may:

• Read, download, and reference published reports internally
• Cite individual findings or statistics with clear attribution to gogtmgo and, where applicable, a link back to the original report

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Republish, redistribute, or resell a report or substantial portion of it as your own content
• Use gogtmgo's name, data, or findings to imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist
• Systematically scrape, mirror, or bulk-download content from the Site

4. Research participation and data ownership

If you participate in a gogtmgo survey, interview, or data-sharing arrangement ("Research Participation"), the following applies:

• Individual responses. Any personal or company-identifying information you provide during Research Participation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Unless you give explicit consent to be named or quoted, your individual responses will only appear in aggregated, anonymized form.
• Aggregated research data. Once your individual responses are aggregated, anonymized, and combined with other respondents' data to produce statistics, findings, or insights, that aggregated research data and the resulting published report are the sole property of gogtmgo LLC. Contributing a response does not grant you an ownership interest, royalty, or licensing right in the published report or the underlying aggregated dataset.
• Your right to your own answers. This does not affect your right to reuse or disclose your own original answers, opinions, or company data independently of gogtmgo's published aggregation.
• Withdrawal. You may request that your individual, non-aggregated response be withdrawn prior to publication by contacting us. Once data has been aggregated and published, it may not be possible to retroactively remove your specific contribution from the published statistics.

5. Intellectual property

All reports, text, graphics, data visualizations, the gogtmgo name, and associated branding on the Site are the property of gogtmgo LLC or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such intellectual property to you, except for the limited use license described in Section 3.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Misrepresent gogtmgo research or misattribute findings to imply conclusions we did not publish
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its subscriber list, or underlying survey data
• Use the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Site, including through automated scraping at a volume that degrades Site performance

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all reports are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we apply a rigorous methodology and independent review process, we make no guarantee that any report is complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular business decision. You are responsible for independently verifying any data before relying on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gogtmgo LLC and its personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any published report, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless gogtmgo LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or its content.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
